Shute Road Multi-Use Path

Your input is an essential part of moving this project forward!

Please take a moment to review the design concept and let us know what you think by completing the brief survey below!

Design Concept: Brookwood Parkway to Cornell Road

Typical Road Cross-Sections: Brookwood Parkway to Dawson Creek, Dawson Creek to Airport Road; Airport Road to Cornell Road. If you are having difficulty viewing these images, please contact the Project Manager.

The current design narrows the existing roadway from the Dawson Creek crossing to Cornell Road to accommodate the construction of a 12-foot wide multi-use path along the west side of Shute Road.

With the exception of the stormwater facility, the current design allows the project to be constructed without impacting adjacent properties. This project will maintain all existing fences throughout the corridor as well as provide landscape buffers between the roadway and the multi-use path where possible.

The cross sections that you see above are the sections that have been used for the design layout. Download the proposed project improvements map.
