Engage Hillsboro connects community members with online engagement tools to include and hear from many voices, and to help staff listen and respond to questions and concerns.

We want to ensure a wide range of community members with unique perspectives are participating in the engagement process. With Engage Hillsboro, you can:

• Learn about current and upcoming projects
• Provide comments and ask questions
• Participate in discussions and hear you what neighbors are saying
• Communicate with City staff
• Complete surveys
• Attend meetings and events
• Pin comments and ideas to map locations

Traditionally, the City of Hillsboro has conducted project engagement during in-person community meetings or using online surveys. Engage Hillsboro is an innovative way for us listen to and include the voices of our community early in the planning phases to ensure we are listening to your unique perspectives and meeting your communication needs.

For each project, a unique group of City staff members are listening to the online discussion. You can find their contact info on each project’s home page.
