Community voting has ended for the 2024 Showtime Concert Series and the winners have been selected. For the first time, the City of Hillsboro Parks & Recreation Department asked community members to decide on four of the performing artists for the 2024 Showtime Concert Series using online voting on Engage Hillsboro and Conéctate Hillsboro.

More than 3,000 Hillsboro community votes on Engage and Conéctate Hillsboro helped to decide the 2024 Showtime Concert Series lineup.

Engage Hillsboro Voting Results by Music Genre

90s/2000s Cover Band  Hit Machine — 1,260 votes

Big Band/Swing  Art Abrams Swing Machine — 870 votes

70s/80s Cover Band  Barracuda: The Essential Tribute to Heart — 812 votes

Cumbia A Cara O Cruz — 113 votes*

*voting only on Conéctate Hillsboro by Spanish-speaking community members

Two additional performers — Nate Botsford and Norman Sylvester — were selected by the City of Hillsboro Parks & Recreation Department’s Special Events Team to perform in summer 2024.
