The raffle is a citywide event that lets community members win exciting prizes while supporting local businesses and experiencing Hillsboro's facilities.

  • How does the Hillsboro Hometown Raffle work?

Participants enter by entering our survey found here. There is only one entry person and winners will be chosen randomly.

  • Where can I enter?

You can enter online at Engage Hillsboro or at designated community events around the city.

  • How does the raffle benefit the community?

By participating, you support local businesses, foster community engagement, and help promote Hillsboro's facilities and services.

  • Will I receive updates about the raffle?

Yes, by entering, you agree to receive updates about the contest and City of Hillsboro communications. You can opt out anytime.


Eligibility

  • Who can enter the Hillsboro Hometown Raffle?

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Only one entry and one prize are allowed per individual.


Prizes

  • When will the winners be drawn?

Prizes and winners will be drawn in May of 2025. Visit the Engage Hillsboro project page for updates.

  • How are winners notified?

Winners will be notified via email or phone, depending on which contact method was entered in the raffle entry form.

  • What prizes can I win?

  • A year-long Premier Pass to SHARC & Hidden Creek Community Center.

  • Six months of HiLight's 1-gigabit internet service.

  • Credits for local cultural classes and events.

  • A dining and shopping package in Downtown Hillsboro.

Rules and Regulations

  • Do the winners get to choose a prize of their choice?

No, prizes will be awarded at random with the exception of the HiLight service prize (prize winner must live within the limits of service).
